
Trending @Accenture; PIP scenario is bad
My PiP started 2 weeks ago 1 review call has happened My PL has marked not met for 1 task which i genuinely couldn’t complete because it was totally new to me. She even marked not met for a task which simply said timesheet submission and i don’t have hours assigned to me yet. I have raised it with her and other managers, she writes i need to communicate better with them.
All my tasks are pretty tough, everything is new. AI solutions for new projects, 30 hour certification and now i will be stuck as the voucher is not approved.
I see these things as red flags. Please let ke know what can i do? Secondly if they decide to get me out? What pay will be given? What about my notice period pay, severance pay, earned leave, gratuity ?
How can i clear PIP? If i can’t, do they write something negative on the documents? Please help

Listen!!! According to your statements… i don’t think they will retain you. Ur PL is not interested at all. Just forget about that , start preparing for outside opportunities. Ask them to provide 3months of severance pay . U will have 3 months of pay , prepare accordingly. These are silent layoffs happening in accenture , even one of my friend got laid off due to this PIP.

Did thet provided severance pay to you friends who got terminated?

I also think that. SHe is asking me to write a prototype for a Gen AI use case for a project were i started working a couple of weeks ago. And she is expecting me to code and get ready with the prototype and show to client. Within one week.
Also, 3 months of severance pay is according to the law, correct? Also EL, gratuity too?

How does this PIP will impact in future say if somebody is on PIP n he cleared it after certain months say 1 year, he will resign the organisation as normal employee and after few years he can able to rejoin the organisation again? Will this PIP affect him in future ? Will the organisation take the person on PIP in past ?

Buddy...looks for other opportunity...from ur points above its clear, she is not going to retain you and she is just a boss material and doesn't have a leadership quality
