I have been put in pip and the training process has not yet started. When do I resign to get the most favourable outcome? Before the training starts or during the training ? Do I get 3 months notice period if I resign before the process starts ?

If you have already been put into PIP, I don’t think you will have to serve 3 months. Normally it is one month notice in PIP
