I am part of the Accenture business Group (GCP) capability, my People lead is also part of this capability , he gave me negative feedback in Dec cycle,how can I identify who put me on PIP , Someone from this capability reached out to me and asked about my project reporting manager, and project reporting manager called me and said Someone from your capabilities reached out to me and say to initiate PIP, my reporting manager said you will be given some task including a certificate for 4 weeks , you need to clear this otherwise you know..., I did not get any mail yet, should I resign before , is there any chance they will retain me , what will be my NP if I resign now or on PIP , will they immediately terminate me ? please help
