I am in PIP from 30th Jan to 28th Feb. I didn’t get variable pay in November 2025 So do i get Variable pay or any hike or a promotion if i clear the PIP? I am about to complete 2 year in April.

You will get vp, one of my friend got.. not sure about the hike.

I think so yes.. she had her pip last year during june i think.. during those months.. but got hike in November cycle
