Hi guys, i really need your help with this thing. I feel that these people are going to put me in pip, for wrong means, they gave a negative feedback in workday to me, which was false allegations. And nobody helped me to address it, and now I feel that they will put me in pip.. My question is, what I can do here in this case.. can I complain about this to the HR, will it do anything. Or will I be able to get roll off if i fight? Or what will actually gonna happen, is this means that I'm gonna get removed from the project or Accenture... I am very worried about it..pls help me out here guys, I'm new to corporate.

Running away is always an option but staying and fighting for whats right helps you sleep better. If you think whatever happening is wrong, fight for it. They cant give you sudden Pip without 1 or 2 warning about your performance. Gather evidence of your works and present it to HR lead.

Complete all the task whatever they will assign you during PIP. One of my teammate just ended his PIP. And he is still there in Accenture. He completed all his assigned tasks time to time and was good with Manager and always communication through emails keeping hr in cc.

I don't want to continue in this project anymore. It's just that I'm not prepared enough to switch, as my current tech stack is different than what i want to pursue.
