Can i come out of pip My lead put me on this pip because i asked for marriage leaves,my situation was not good at that time ,it was suddenly fixed,so i took only 5 days leaves for my marriage and now when i am out of the project ,she put me on pip after going to another project which is after 3 mnths

And also in the last appraisal cycle she gave 0 hike and 0 variable pay, i thought it would stop there but it came till pip, now i am worried,if they will take me out
