Trending @Accenture; PIP or Roll off
I have joined the organization few months back as Business Analyst and I got a project within a month. I joined a project and in the beginning no one assigned me any work or gave me any KT. Suddenly after a month they came up with loads of work and I was not able to work on it. Because of that there was escalation from client side. Even now no one is helping me from the project side. Whenever I ask anything they don't tell me what to do and how to do properly. I have to struggle a lot here.
What should I do?
Also, will they put me in PIP or they will roll off from the project?
I have also feeling like this, helpless🥲 in my team
ACN existing employees are demotivated and none wants to feed new joiner things from scratch. If you nit trained or skilled for the work you are doing, you might need to struggle.
Please take a roll off and go for a better team this time , Not sure why Accenture is changing day by day like this , this was not happening before . Sad news
