Keep everything documented. Ask for workday feedback from colleagues and if you did some certifications/up skilled just document it. In case, false PIP is raised by your Manager then you must raise a grievance. Present everything in the call to HR(colleagues feedback, any TL feedback, Any client feedback)

Ask your Manager in the same call for the evidence of escalation related to your performance.

May me bonus milta hai to cost cutting k wajah se extra paisa na dena parega to ye log jaan bhuj k PIP pe daalte hai taaki tumhe bonus or variable na mile or second thing ki agar aap ek baar PIP pe jaa rhe ho to 1 saal takk aapko koi variable ka paisa nahi milega ye inka strategy hai mujhe bhi last November me bonus variable k time jaan bhuj k PIP pe daale the ye log lekin mai PIP clear karr liya and looking for better opportunity outside also to suggestion yahi rahega resign na do PIP clear karke baahar try karo kyu ki ek baar jab aap PIP ka tag le lete ho to hospitality acha nahi milta hai accenture me.

Even if you resign PIP is unavoidable But let me tell you pros and cons here If you resign then going for grievance and getting it addressed might not be fruitful due to less time. If you stay you will get PIP but you have time to fight
Either way you are done.. I would suggest get PIP->raise grievance->fight->win->leave

Better you resign and raise grievances so that you can get smooth exit

I don’t get the motive of your question. If you want to resign without job offer, that’s worse than PIP. But if you have an offer, then choice is clear.

What is the confusion here?

Don’t resign if they are forcing you. Better you go in PiP prove yourself. If you don’t like Accenture and was already planning to switch then resign. Try to look options for switch and resign when you’ll be in pip.

Even if the manager puts you on pip and you resign, in case your thinking of rejoining Accenture in later years Accenture will reject your profile. So try to see that your not put on PIP. Raise grievance with strong valid reasons, since if manager has raised the PIP, he/she will be questioned by HR in case it's false PIP and they will go to any extend not to cancel the PIP since the manager will be in trouble later. Keep proofs ready with you for the HR.
