Trending @Accenture; PIP on notice period employees
If you can't rejoin TCS, it's likely company policy. However, if you're blocked from rejoining Accenture, it's almost certainly due to cheap politics by your supervisor or manager, done to protect someone else.
My Manager gave me false feedback by stating that the client is saying that I'm asking questions to them instead of solving the problems
When I enquired about this he asked me to leave it because anyhow I'm leaving the organisation so that someone's job can be saved
I asked him if I am in PIP then how can I rejoin if I would like to come back here. He is saying nobody is gonna check this after 2 years by laughing.
What kind of politics is this??

The policy is shit, not the managers. Not saying this because I am also a manager.
There is a policy based on your teams strength you need to give certain number in PIP, now they give it to people who are leaving because that is what saves people who are in the team and not leaving them.
Again no fault of people who are leaving, they are doing so because again Accenture policy of not giving the hikes.
Bottom line is policy sucks

Some Managers in Accenture are seriously bad person's

Please send an email about this to your manager and tag the HR along with the leadership. Clearly state this in the email and cc your personal email ID for future reference.

They usually put the people who have resigned to PIP to save someone else's job
