Trending @Accenture; Pip need suggestions
Hi All,
My cl is 9, my manager informed me yesterday that I am in pip due to previous project feedback.
I was in previous project for 4 months which is a support project, it's been 2-3 months I am now in a new project. Probation ended joined Accenture in nov 2024
The manager is telling me that we will help you to come out of it on a positive note, i just need to finish some tasks in a month which he told will be shared soon. Till now nothing is shared
What should I do shall I resign and look for offers outside or should focus on the current project and trust them.
And will I get notice period paid post pip which is for 3 months if something wrong happened?

See Accenture will pay you 3 months + your earned leaves if in worst case scenario you don’t clear pip. So financially you won’t be having any issues for 3 ~ 4 months at-least.
What I would recommend is start applying outside and put serving notice period everywhere, try to get interviews and start preparing
Don’t say anything to your project & try to clear pip.
By the way 22days earn leaves = one month salary

Pip means 50% probability irrespective of your effort. It would be wise to apply outside parallely, meanwhile contribute to pip assignments

Don wait these manager are not trust worthy, they are doing this same with everyone and they have no clarity how they evaluate pip task
Better to look outside
