Hi guys, I just wanted to ask one thing about PIP, what happens after one fails the PIP? How does the process is followed in Accenture, if you are paid the severance or something, how does it go, can anybody pls explain clearly.

They will kick u out, one of my colleague’s last working day was yesterday. They will provide you with 3 months of severance pay. Prepare well … 70-80% chance that they will kick u out . But if u start preparing there will be 3months of buffer period to get an offer . And for immediate joiners there are maximum chances to get hired .

And what about the relieving letter and all other documents, F&F, all these things are given as usual as if you would have taken an voluntary exit. Right?
