Trending @Accenture; PIP info need opinion who cleared it recently.
Hi I have been assigned to PIP from this week it was not communicated earlier all of sudden I got a mail from lead stating PIP discussions and I got tasks today and tasks are bare minimum all are simple except 1 external certificate and 1 p3+ all are manageable day to day tasks my PL is kind he assigned it to me but will they retain me if I pass all these tasks and reviews every week with HR
yes they will retain you once u clear all objective same happen with me in this cycle.
If your manager is kind of helping you then you have high chance of passing it... Same happened for me my previous team pushed me in PIP saying that they where forced to make me in PIP by there higher managers but my new team helped me and gave easy pip works and I passed it

NOTE: Recently I changed highly TOXIC team internally i believe they(previous team) pushed me to it without mentioning me
