Trending @Accenture; PIP in June 2025 cycle
I got pip in June 2025 which is not yet initiated by manager. Please let me know whether this pip will be skipped ? Or it can be initiated in future ?
Not necessarily everyone has to go through PIP process, its being 3 months and September cycle discussion already started, most likely they will not initiate it
You can talk to HR or your manager openly
Pip will come into place only if your people lead abd bu - md despise you If you are their blue eyed boy no one can dare to touch you.
I guess it will be skipped, y bcz I was also put in PIP as part of june cycle and process started from July, and due to some reasons my lead asked HR to postpone the process for 1 week then HR said process has been started late and it might not initiate or might have to skip like that she was saying
I got PIP in June cycle which was started around July 15 and I cleared it. They had given me unreasonable tasks and were being criticising me on all tasks but in the end they cleared it as I am working on a client project
Even I am wondering
Do they really give 3 months salary if it fails
If it's not done yet, it shouldn't happen in future. It might be a tactic to have you in fear
