I'm currently in the final week of my PIP and I'm not getting what to do. Constantly the fear of resignation is hitting me. How to deal with this situation. Please give some moral support.
Don’t be scared man. It’s going to be okay. How many years of experience do you have? Why don’t you start looking outside? Even if the PIP result is positive, I would suggest, take your time, prepare and leave. If it’s negative and they ask you to resign, ask for 3 months of severance, prepare and start giving interviews. I am also in the last week of my PIP. No matter what the result of the PIP is, I am going to resign. I can’t stay in such a toxic team and project. I have worked so hard and they rewarded me with this PIP. There’s no point in staying here.
