Hi everyone,
Do Accenture put ASEs in PIP if they are not performing well in a project or trying to change the project because they dont like the project ?
Please if there is any project manager, HR, or upper management person. Please clarify this.

Yes, Accenture can put ASEs in PIP if they are not performing well. Changing projects alone doesn't lead to PIP, but poor performance can. Always document your concerns.

I am not able to perform well due to the bad project. I am not getting anything related to the project.
