I was in PIP during last Variable pay cycle Nov so didn’t get any Variable pay, Cleared it alreday so Will I get the variable pay this cycle may?
It was the same with me can anyone please elaborate l will get variable pay or not ?
As much as I know the PIP is for 1 year. So if you are on PIP from Nov 2023, it will get cleared or your name will be taken off only during the coming appraisal cycle, so you will not get variable pay in Nov 2023 and May 2024. If you are cleared by July or August this year, you will be considered for the upcoming appraisal cycle and you will start to get bonus from Nov 2024
My PIP was for 1 month in January I completed my PIP in the END of January with all required certification.
