Trending @Accenture; PIP: Failed due to partial completion/ in completion

Hi all,

Hope you all are doing well So let me elaborate Week 1: not completed Week 2: partially completed Week 3: not started Week 4: commences today and ends on this Thursday that is 22 nd jan being the last day

HR comments on day 1: if any one of the weeks is incomplete or partially completed then also pip fails and marks the exit on the very same day!

So should I believe that the exit from Accenture is for granted now followed by the termination of my services for the organisation?????

Needs inputs from Accenture colleagues

No I was sick for that I took 6 days leave in between pip as the actual end date was 10th Jan but due to leaves the pip was on hold so it extended to 22nd jan, I am dealing with lot of things alone in this city and this should not be the excuse, but what I don't understand is the performance gap which is seen throughout the year how can it be corrected within a time frame of 1 month? Also even resignation or termination has a 3 month policy then why does pip have just 1 month policy, also I tried whatever I could, I did not fail on purpose, I wanted to stay in Accenture for atleast Months to years because I understand the management is toxic but Accenture has so many learning opportunities
