Is the performance discussion mandatory before putting in PIP or management can decide by own and we will just be notified by email. My project got changed in July end. Although I received good feedback in the last project but have doubts whether they will be considering last feedback or put on PIP, as in this project I am working from last month and have not contributed much yet. I am on CL 11 and joined Accenture in Nov'23.
Management can decide and notify you by email. Good feedback from the last project might not save you if your current performance is lacking. Stay sharp and contribute quickly.
I got pip from last project , I didn’t get any mail or text from previous project , I came to know now from new Project
How why when this happened no idea
And question is why? As I given my 100% to project and this worst happening to me now
Can anyone please suggest assist
