Trending @Accenture; PIP chances for resource on maternity leave

I am an L8 and currently on maternity leave. I have been rolled off from the project I was working upon and currently on project bench. My LOA ends in November end. Are there any chances of PIP in this case. My project has budget constraints and management was already working on pyramid refresh dedicatedly. Also, it would be great if someone can help to understand the cycle of PIP ? Thanks

What I heard they cannot target people coming from ML for PIP.

Even I heard that, but before my leave started, they rolled me off the project and put me on project bench, which is also not an accenture policy. The policy says, you cannot move any resource going to ML to bench. They should be in the same project after joining and use same WBSE. But the pressure from upper management was immense and hence few tweaks were done and bam, i was moved.

High But for you they won't pressure as they do other people on bench. You're rolled off and not put on pip those two are different things.

You won't be asked to find a project or leave like other people on bench, but after 4-5 months you'll be asked like this.

Also, you'll get support to find the project, but project taking you is a different story, projects tend to avoid taking new mothers. It wasn't like that before but these days pressure is to get 2-3 people work done by 1 person

If project has budget constraint they can send to common bench. Budget problem over. PIP has nuthin to do with budget of Project.
But maternity leaves and long LOP ones are targeted as to protect the one who actively working in project. They will try to protect you for limited extend but if target is enforced upon leadership they will take out non performers first then one with leaves. Last point is active workers.
PIP for L8 can be given once a year. In December month for 4 weeks.
