
Trending @Accenture; Pip and hike in the same month
i got a hike recently in September from manager, and i am being put in pip i feel since my lead dropped a big ass mail about performance improvement n gave a negative feedback on workday.. I believe this cant be right, how can they give hike n pip in the same month.. I think my lead doesn't like that I got the hike, he told someone that I dont deserve it and the hike came from the manager.. And now he's putting me in pip. Seeing posts about pip and the definite termination talks about ppl in pip is making me panick.. its not fair being targeted cause I got a hike..

Pathetic politics by the lead nothing else, if you want to fight you can go talk to HR partner and raise this

Accenture hr doesn't have any power except harassment cases..all others they will play accordingly what manager says

I assume in your situation a hike for sept was given based on previous fyi and now given pip which is unfair you can speak to hr and push back fyi26 just started and ask them from when your performance was degrade and is there any communication or proof for the same or warnings mail or escalation...pls check with hr

Once given can't be reversed as they complain a lot work needs to be done for it🤒. But if you don't survive pip u will be terminated immediately 😑. Also hope ur not lvl 12 if so then ur hike might be default ,so this might not at all be related to your pip........
