Does Accenture rehire if put on PIP after resignation during this June cycle?
There is a lot of pressure on teams to put atleast 1 person on PIP. You are already moving on from accenture. Feel happy that you saved someone from your team to be put on PIP. Your Manager did the right thing.
Moving out doesn't mean that you can put in PIP right despite working hard throughout the tenure and delivering very good results....Do you want to leave a company with a bad note??

I have heard Accenture doesn't rehire those who were on PIP but I also know someone who was on PIP joining back with promotion 😂
I guess if there is demand then policy will change. Policy is applied for candidature rejection but not for company hiring.
