LWD won't get extended no matter what. They will put a person who has resigned on PIP, so that they can save a resource who is still with the organisation.

Nothing reason they don't have against me I just resigned this is only reason I got ace award

Even with PIP they can't extend it. Your end date can be preponed but can't be postponed.
