Yes, it got replaced, my laptop was damaged in the rush of the local train

They replace it. Won't ask you any questions. Just raise support ticket in mytechhelp bot and an agent will connect over chat. Send him/her the screenshot. And based on the damage they will ask you to either go for repair with the steps.

I dropped my laptop at airport I just got a mail approved from my manager to replace it ... It got replaced normallyy
