Guys I have sent my resignation mail but due to phone number not updated I was unable to raise exit request? Can anyone pls help me on how to resolve this issue? Need help on this urgent? My HR is on leave and any other way to do it immediately?whom I need to contact?

Yes , this happens when you are not update the contact info on the workday , if you update it will automatically reflect in support portal within 8-10 hours , then you will be able to submit the exit request .
