Ok Friday,I was announced by my supervisor that I am being promoted to TL in the Nov cycle. I am really excited and worried at the same time for this new role. A question of TLs here...What are the extra perks of being a Team Lead in Accenture ???

What everyone has mentioned is true, but let me mention some positive parts -
- You will be added additional responsibilities of representing your reporters during talent discussion cycle, which itself makes your feel little powerful among others.
- Leadership will be more accessible to you, hence you will be more updated with project/account/DU Level decision and you will be the one ensuring if it's getting enforced or not.
- You can even take interview for external candidates at round 1, for which you gonna receive amazon vouchers.
But more important, you will be handed over with immense workload. I have been in this role for 6 months, (promoted from CL10), so far I always wish I would have been stayed at level 10 only. The work load is not at all gonna justify your salary you will be having now

Can you please let me know how we will be eligible for Amazon vouchers? I took more than 4 interviews till now, haven't received any yet

No value for TL at Accenture... You will only consider to close monthly pcts / feedbacks... This report... That report... Etc etc.... end result no value

How did you work yourself to be a TL? How hard have you worked? Pls say some words about your journey
