See these guys not giving any hikes in the last 2 years and ask us to be happy with hikes received years back. But sit on our head asking to complete mandatory training every year without fail as though that will impact our salary.
God knows why they spend a lot of money on something that we are not going to use...
I was wondering why they spend our hours on say DFA?
Buddy nobody cares if u don't complete the training. As long as you are billable
I wish it's like that. Wait, you will get your manager behind your back asking to complete the 40-50 hours course on top of your deliverables.
Tell your Manager that you are asking me to complete DFA and Deliverables, please let me know which one to choose from
