I joined Accenture 6 months back. Am I eligible to receive variable pay and hike in June. Also, how much(%) hike and variable pay I will get for ML 9 .

June cycle variable is calculated from September to February cycle. If you were project billable during the cycle then you will get VP as pro rata basis.
