Trending @Accenture; Performance improvement plan

I have been assigned to PIP today. My manager mentioned that this is not because of technical abilities, he wants me to take myte submission seriously and not be a defaulter in trainings.

Is it normal for these guys to give PiP for such reasons? And what should i do? Level 10 Last hike received dec 2023

Same for me, he said it's not performance but was chargeability issue.

Same for me. It is due to chargibility issues which was due to providing me training charge codes instead of billable charge code. It was a fault of PMO & I've to suffer due to their mistakes.

It's probably because he didn't had anyone else to put in PIP, and finding smallest of faults nothing else.

Is every candidate on PIP is terminated ?

Nope, that isn't the case. It depends on the candidate, if he is not at all able to do things asked as tasks for pip then they are. If he is able to then nope
