Okay here is the thing I strongly urge to not discuss anything about hike and promotion over here. Accenture is rollbacking for now and loading the previous cycle information.

The above screenshot is for December cycle previous year. I would call it a glitch or they are reverting thing on purpose.

Statements aren't released yet and it's already official - May 26 onwards your PL will be sharing outcomes to you until June 1. From June 2 onwards, it will be visible to all.

So kindly have the patience

Variable pay % for May month will be the same as of November month. The one will be disclosed now will be effective from June 1 onwards hence you will receive that in November cycle
