I recently received a 3.79% bonus, which felt lower than expected considering the effort I put in throughout the year. I completed multiple certifications, finished all required courses, stayed compliant with all learning items, and consistently received positive feedback from my project leads and team.
I’ve raised a ticket to HR for clarification, but I am a bit concerned whether doing so could have any negative impact. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has any insights, please share.

I haven’t faced a similar situation, but if I were in your shoes, I’d reach out to my people lead for clarification. If I weren’t satisfied with the response, I’d raise a grievance.
You have every right to question the VP percentage if you feel it’s not correct. I believe it should be at least 7–8 percent (minimum).
