Trending @Accenture; People Lead Change in Rewards Portal

Hi, I'm at CL9. I have recently joined a new client since Dec'23. Before that I was attached to the previous client and my rewards portal people lead hasn't changed to the current one.

Does anyone know what the procedure is to get it changed? And I was at this level for 2 years but Dec promotion obviously didn't happen. Will it be back to square one again?

Reach out to your PMO to change the people lead.

Workday already changed months ago. but not the Rewards portal

It will be decided on basis of the project you have spent more time, that manager will take decision about your rewards!

In the rewards portal there is Talent lead & not a people lead. This Talent lead will update automatically in the rewards portal. Just in case inform your PMO & manager for safer side.

You PMO or your lead who has rights to change in the workday can make those changes and it will reflect every where
