Trending @Accenture; People lead change

I have moved on to a new project on January 2024 but my people lead didn’t get changed till now. I tried reaching to my people lead enabler many times but the person is not responding.

My people lead in the old project is on maternity leave.

Still having my old people lead in workday, will it impact my variable pay or hike ?
