I joined Accenture in November 2023 and haven’t cleared any TechLeap for the FastTrack promotion. What would be my default promotion cycle in this case? ( Which month - mm/yyyy)

Additionally, my overall CTC is 4.65 LPA at Career Level 12. When can I expect my default promotion cycle, and what would be the expected pay increase? How is the promotion pay decided—does it follow a fixed percentage, or does it vary based on performance? After promotion, is the pay fixed, or does it depend on other factors?
