Trending @Accenture; Pathetic leadership at Accenture
Hi, Can anyone let me the process of submission of resignation in system? It's time to leave this organization. Regular weekend working without any allowance or compoff and everyone knows everything.

You need to raise an exit ticket uner HR request

From servicenow portal and the day I raise from that day will the notice period will be applicable?

The first step is to send a formal email, from the date email is sent your notice period starts.
The second step is to raise exit ticket in service now, and attach an email as evidence, after that HR will take care of all exit formalities.
I would suggest not to resign unless you have another offer / job in hand. Staying employed is more important. I totally agree with your views about Accenture and its leadership. I am experiencing the same thing but don’t resign because of frustration. I would suggest you to start giving interviews (if you do not have an offer in hand) and move out without making it an issue. These organisations, like any other company that you will work for in the future, don’t really care about what its employees think and feel, unless you are at the Leadership level. We are just resources to them and they know that everyone is replaceable in the end.
So don’t spoil your resume, and instead be a little patient and take a wise decision. May god give you that patience and strength to sail through these tough times.

Yes will be resigning with an offer only

Message or mail to HR that you wanna resign. They will walk you through it

It's not that simple. If mail to hr simply they will try to play a lot of games trying you to retain.System submission and mail with lwd mention is very much required. And no want to resign.I will be giving I am resigning

Well don't know about all that, my frnd did it and worked for him so I suggested. Maybe bcoz we are freshers he got off easy.

Email exit inntimation to your manager -> ast.accenture.com -> exit -> it will redirect you to service now where you can submit the exit request. That's it.

Thanks.First can I raise exit information in service now and then mail to managers?and the day I raise exit intimation whether from that day the notice period count will start

I want to know something if I am on bench and if I want to resign should I serve 3 months of notice period ?

If you are confirmed employee then yes 3 months notice period as per policy but if hr wants can release you early. If you are probation then it seems one month notice period as per policy

For raising ticket, personal details need to be updated first, if its not auto populated. For me it takes couple of days. Policy is stating either mail or exit ticket whichever is earlier. Better to initiate the mail then to log the ticket.

Can you give the policy link

You could search in portal, I dont have it handy

Workday-> view profile-> actions-> jobchange-> submit resignation
