Trending @Accenture; Passed 2 techleap schools, eligible for promotion?
I have passed techleap school 1 and school 3. But my project is low of fund, can i get any promotions?
Have clear one to one communication with your supervisor. "I need a promotion, give me some goals so that i can achieve them to get a promotion ". Unlike the other companies in Accenture for promotions we have to ask for it (it's not begging BTW). That's how stuff works in most of the projects ig.
Also you have to complete ATCI professional Advancement 1 Year course and any one of Industry specific course and atleast 6 months of chargeable role and atleast 12 months of MAL and finally feedback from your project
Yes you are. You will be promoted through the LKM team as a performance reward for techleap. The project team does not handle that. In fact they can't stop your promotions if u pass 2 schools
But as some eligibility, they ask some feedback from project manager. Depending on them they promote it as per my knowledge.
