Trending @Accenture; Parking and Seat Availability always an Issue
This Friday I finally decided to visit the office since my manager and couple of other people were coming. I got the so called approval from Admin so that I am allowed to park my car in the Accenture designated parking in DLF Cyber Hub but I was denied entry as the parking was full.
My point is what is the use of approval when it doesn’t guarantees me a place. I can’t first win the race to get a parking and then race to find a seat in the office. I already have to deal with other things and these shouldn’t be my headache.
If the management expects you to be in office then they should first build the infrastructure and then set that expectations. I have heard about the same issue for other locations as well and it’s high time Accenture gets this sorted.
I personally believe that Accenture wants to cut costs and fire people but they don't want to do it directly. So, they are using this silent firing technique where they make their employees suffer so that the employees quit by themselves.
