I have done p3+ , not sure why you want.

I hit 0 vp with pip even after that.

Yeah this is true, Accenture is pushing people to PIP for every thing now. Wanted to know the process of p4 because my people lead is expecting p4 from me 🤣🤣🤣

Yes I have completed you have to first score p3+ then you will have to choose slot for offline exam of p4 in office the format of exam will be 2 DSA question 1 easy and 1 medium if you clear atleast 1 complete question and 2nd question partial you will get p4
