Trending @Accenture; P4 or higher proficiency

Hi All, i have 3.5 proficiency in my current primary skill and my manager is asking me to take expert eligible proficiency to increase proficiency to P4 or P5.

I want to ask how the exam will be taken and what if I score less than the previous score, will my proficiency be decreased?
