P3 Advanced is really considered for appraisal. Or it is still expected to take p4 or P5
These things doesn't matter. P3 is minimum required. If they want they will give promotion otherwise they have many excuses to give.
Appraisal is a myth in Accenture from past 2 years Accenture has really been down bad not giving even small hikes i got 0 hikes in last 2 years despite doing certificate and getting client appreciation and also my project was development and i was also not highly paid according to my level and skillset. So better to look outside if everything is stable in your family or you need to wait for 2-3 years for Accenture to redeem themselves and invest in appraisals
The only good thing I see here is work from home which most of the companies dont do
Yes true same story since 2023, did not receive hike
