Trending @Accenture; Overworked and Undervalued

Feeling deeply undervalued after the talent discussion. Only a 7% hike and 17% variable pay despite giving my all—working at twice the expected capacity across 3 different projects. My current salary is 11.6L at Career Level 10. I handle implementation, custom development, and data analysis, often traveling on weekdays to different cities for client UAT. It's exhausting to give so much and get so little in return.
