Accenture's OT policy is tight. Operations team hasn't seen OT in 6 months? Sounds like a trend. My advice? Consider job hunting or cut back on hours.

@ArtisticGang Yes OT is not received from Management to us from last 6 month during mec we loging 12 hrs hardly takes break only for lunch
Even non MEC days are similar
How can I cut work hours ?
