Hi all, could someone educate me on what's the path forward in Accenture if you would like to shift into Gen AI and ML, I remember every employee was mandatoryly asked to complete a basic Gen AI course but that wouldn't suffice.

Nothing. Only way is to apply for internal openings in al ML on workday

I bet even the leaders don't have any idea. They simply mandate those courses and will inform employees when the last date is nearing. At the end everyone simply completes the course by fast forwarding without even reading a single sentence coz of the last moment and boom you have completed the course with 5-10% of knowledge.
