What are the on-site opportunities in accenture?
Very high if you are willing to sacrifice your sleep and butter up your seniors and directors.
Exceptional skills are must and be ready to work 18-20 (10-12 hours onsite hours and remaining time supporting offshore team) a day on cheap per diem.
Also, i don’t understand why everyone is so obsessed with on site opportunity(to showoff family relatives friends).
Believe me it isn’t worth your time energy and life. Instead try doing good in your role within India and you will end up earning more if you are talented enough
If you are not talented then you will end up getting escalations onsite and draining yourself for no reason and that will impact your growth within Accenture.
Resign and do MS if u want onsite
