Which tech skill will be best for upskilled for a better switch?

No hikes, no projects got rolled off yesterday. Preparing for interviews. Just a suggestion, start preparing for interviews do not stick to this company. My whole project will be down before march end. Its nearly 60+ team members in my team . If talk about my whole project then it would be 100-120. my colleagues have already resigned. I didn’t even know that. When i am asking my colleagues they are saying they have already resigned with a offer. Meanwhile i was putting 12hours+ to deliver my CR.😅. Its my first company and great lesson. Don’t trust anyone. No teamlead no manager . No one . Just up skill your self and then switch.
