How can I get an on-site role? I have a valid Singapore PR and I am currently working on a Europe-based project. Is there anyone I can approach for this opportunity?

If your project has a opening for onsite then you can go, connect with manager for that. Mostly it won't be the case. Accenture has stopped sending people onsite from India long back

Yes, I have many resources with US valid visa, but there are no such requirement onshore since atleast last 2 years
