Trending @Accenture; On Shore opportunity.

I am currently tagged to an Australian client project. My team is mostly based out of Australia with people from Accenture and the client side.

This project has just begun back in April of this year and is projected to go on for 7+ years.

If everything is good here like hikes, promotion, team, work environment then should I plan to stay here for a longer time expecting to get called onshore.

Additional info:

I was reading an article from the client side where they had specified that after 7 years people working from Accenture would get an offer to work with the client after the project ends.

I am CL 11 with 2.5 years of exp and here I am learning what I want to learn and work in.
