Shifts are divided in 3 categories: Shift B-S1,S2 ,Shift C-S3(Night Shift) and Weekend on call support/ Holiday Working. If you are working on holiday you're eligible for Compensatory off. Also if you're working on national holidays like 26Jan, 1May, 15Aug and 2 Oct you'll get Mandatory Holiday Benefits according to your work location.
