I am on bench from last 1 month and unable to find suitable project on the basis of my skill. Does Accenture fire people on bench? How long do they keep resources on bench?
If u r fresher ,In next 15 days they will ask to attend training m365 or experienced person will be asked take test /interview
Which I believe you suggested not to enroll in(m365), right??
Was there any scenario that freshers put in pip or fired, if not allotted projects.
I seen my frnd left because she didnt clear stream training exam after 3 attempts.
I think you are pretty much safe till 2months,
In my my market(cloud front) after 2 months they will start pressure.
In NA market , they pressure after 15 days .
They will ask you send status abt application.
PIP for ppl in project who underperformed
They will give 3 months tym after that its risky

Don’t worry i was on bench for almost 10 months and got project even promoted as well while on bench
I was for 2-3 months for bench initially
I have been on bench or not don’t know from 1.5 month and In my jobgateway portal it’s showing me my status as Entry level pool till now even tough I have completed training on 8th Jan and also got result
