Hi, Do we always need to pre book seat before visiting office or we can directly visit office without any seat booking?
I had a practice of booking seat before visiting office but now most of the projects are WFO people have booked seats and conferences rooms in advance, so you will be unable to book seat as booking would be full.
What i usually do is i sit in open bay or if there is any long meetings then i look for conferences room which are empty and ask security guard to allow me to sit into it.
There used to be portal named ACP Hoteling. However now most of the offices you can visit without seat booking. Still you can check with your Facilities Manager, they can guide you better
Can you let me know is there any app for seat booking or any url for seat booking in office?
You need to book seats or else why would you want to sit in random seats. What if someone is booked the seat you are sitting on. So book a sit and work.
