If my base location is DDC5 (gurugram) and I want swipe in from DDC4 (noida) will that counted as misconduct? since both locations starts with DDC

That's okay.. you can swipe to another facility within same base location city

My HR was not accepted my request WFO from noida location. She said visit to Gurgaon only as this is my base location.

Swipe count hoga but sooner or later you may receive that mail… misconduct of base location policy

Within Gurugram you can visit any facility. But not outside your city
